ACT accepts all major Credit Cards (Canadian Registered), Cash, Cheque, Money Order or direct electronic bank deposit. NOT currently accepting Online Payment.
NOTE: All credit card payments will be subject to a 2% processing fee. For trainees who are not Canadian citizens a personal cheque or credit card payment cannot be accepted, an international bank cheque, money order or direct deposit will be required.

Full payment of course fees are due upon arrival for the first day of the course. For international trainees a non-refundable deposit may be required, with this amount being deducted from the final invoice.
For courses which become over-subscribed, a 50% partial advance payment will be required to positively reserve available space.
Course Cancellations: ACT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if absolutely necessary. If this should occur, all trainees / coordinators will be contacted promptly. ACT will not be responsible for any loss or cost related to the rescheduling or cancellation of a training course.
Trainee Cancellations / Refunds: Trainees must cancel their registration within 10 business days prior to the course start date for a full refund of any pre-paid registration fee. Under 10 days, a credit will be applied to enrolment at another training date or for enrolment in another ACT course of your choosing.
Trainee Substitutions: Registered trainee substitutions can be made at any time prior to the course start date at no charge.
